How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of our natural and naturally handcrafted products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened products for any reason. However, we may accept returns within 10 days and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase on non-soap/cosmetic/natural oils and butters, if the item packaging is intact and unopened.
Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information before returning any item. All of our products are made of the finest quality ingredients. Please be sure of your purchase.
To participate in soap and cosmetic making workshops, an advanced non-refundable payment is required. Workshop learners may pay by credit card or by check when registering. Please note that if you elect to pay by check, your seat will remain open until your payment is received. Payment by check must be received no later than seven days in advance of the workshop. In the event of a needed cancellation, please inform us any time prior to your scheduled workshop date at email@example.com. You may reschedule a prepaid workshop one time within a six month period from the initial workshop registration date.
